Deposit Policy
Due to the custom manufactured nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are unsatisfied with the product you have received, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
Refund Policy
We require a 50% deposit on all custom manufactured products including safes, vault doors and storm shelters. This deposit is fully refundable until we begin the manufacturing process. Once we have started manufacturing your order, the deposit becomes completely non-refundable. We may not notify you prior to beginning the manufacturing process.
Shipping Policy
All safes, vault doors and shelters are available for pickup at our factory at no charge. We may help you load our products in your vehicle but you are solely responsible for securing the load.
Shipping is available and can be quoted upon request.
